We strive to offer competitive prices. We have individual cuts such as ribeye, sirloin, and T-bones available. We also offer ground beef, beef patties, various roasts, and other special cuts.  Ask us about ordering a quarter, half, or whole beef to stock up!

At Vintage Beef we strive to offer top quality home raised beef in the cuts and quantities our customers desire. As you will see from our pricing, when you order through us, you can enjoy ALL the cuts a quality beef has to offer at little more than you pay for hamburger at the supermarket. 

You will taste the difference!

We offer freezer beef in larger quantities, including quarter, half, or whole beefs. As well as  individual cuts sold by the pound as they become available and while quantities last. If you would like to be placed on our reservation list please call or email us. You will be placed on a first come first serve basis. Prices are subject to change. Due to high demand you may be asked to put a $100 deposit down to hold your beef.

 Whole, Half, & Quarter Beefs

Whole Beef - $2420 | BEST DEAL

Processing not included in the above price.
(Approximately 825 lbs hanging weight)
Yields roughly 530 lbs in your freezer. Processing will be in addition to the price above and paid to the processor at the time the beef is picked up (approximate processing cost $1200*)
$2420(price of the calf) + $1200(approximate processing cost) =$3620

$3620 (Total cost)/530 lbs of beef=$6.83 per pound of beef (includes all steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc.

Half Beef - $1235

Processing not included in the above price
(Approximately 412 lbs hanging weight)
Yields roughly 265 lbs in your freezer. Processing will be in addition to price above and paid to the processor at the time of beef pick up.(approximate processing cost $600*)
$1835(Total cost)/265 lbs of beef=$6.92/lb (Includes all steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc.)

Quarter Beef - $630

Processing not included in the above price
(Approximately 206 lbs hanging weight)
Yield roughly 132.5 lbs in your freezer. Processing will be paid at the time of beef pick up(approximate processing cost $300*)
$930(Total price)/132.5 lbs=$7.01/lb (Includes all steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc.

*Processing costs will vary depending on how you would like your beef prepared. This range will catch most of our customers orders.

What To Expect From Your Side of Beef

There is a large range in price due to several things, how big the beef is and if you get additional specialty products made from your beef. Average yields for the specific cuts of beef on a side of beef is based off an average of what people do.

*Your order will be different based on what you choose to do.*

EXAMPLE ORDER: A Half beef

- cut amounts in half for quarter beef totals or double for whole beef -

14 to 16 - 1 inch thick Ribeye Steaks
14 to 16 - 1 inch thick T-bone Steaks
14 to 16 - 1 inch thick Sirloin Steaks
140 to 150 pounds of Ground Beef
12 various kinds of Roast, approximately 3 pounds each
Various optional cuts like Beef Ribs, Tenderized Round Steak, Stew Meat, Brisket, etc.
